My Story

My name is Ewelina, and I have always been passionate about sports.

 

As a teenager, I participated in various sports competitions, which brought me immense joy and strengthened my connection to physical activity.

Why did I become a personal trainer?

 

I always dreamed of combining my love for sports with my work.

 

This allowed me to pursue my passion while sharing my knowledge with others, which is why I always give 100%.

So far, I have helped many people feel better physically and mentally and build their confidence during gym workouts.

 

I aim to support anyone who wants to improve their health, physique, and well-being, showing them that a lifestyle change can be effective and deeply rewarding.
